Catharine Shearman, Howell.  Head of household as husband died 1840 early. Howell, NJ.
1- 40 to 50 Male------------Don't know who this is?
1- under 5 female----------Phebe? daughter.
1- 5 to 10 female----------Mary?.
2- 10 to 15 female---------Hester! / Deborah? (Hester was oldest)
1- 30 to 40----"--------------Catharine.


Thomas born Nov 1760, died May 1840. Married Catharine Nov 1827. Hester oldest daughter 14 about 1844 when Thomas' will was finally probated, took 4 years because of caveat of John, Theophilus and Catharine. Thomas about 80 in 1840. Catharine (From census figures) abt 27 to 30 when she married Thomas. Catharine would have been about 43 when she died in 1843 while applying for guardianship of the girls. It was granted to Dr. Robert Laird after her death. Looking for any information about Catharine or her daughters. Was Thomas the father of daughters or are they of a previous marriage of Catherine's?
